Extremely disappointing experience with Peugeot Swansway in Chester. I took my vehicle in for a repair and when it was returned it came back in a worse condition than when it went in. The headrests have been removed and loose fit, there is now a rattle in the engine that wasn’t there before, after \xa36k worth of work on the fuel system! The engine management light came on shortly after collecting the vehicle. When this was checked, we discovered that a plug had been left disconnected. There was also a rattle in the door that we originally asked them to repair under warranty. Instead of resolving the issue, the dealership repeatedly told us to “take it back to the original dealership you bought the car from”. And told that we have had loads of issues with this vehicle. Which in fact we have not, we’ve owned it over 12 months and travelled as far as St Tropez without issue. Not only this but, the keyless unlocking of the vehicle is not working, and instead they have incorrectly replaced the hands free door operation module. We also had the rear windscreen replaced by the dealership. When we received the vehicle back, we immediately noticed that the rear windscreen wiper was no longer working, despite it working perfectly before the repair. We took the vehicle straight back to the dealership, where we were told it would need to come back in for diagnostics, even though the wiper mechanism is directly connected to the rear windscreen that had just been replaced. They eventually fixed the wiper, but we were told that if it happens again we would just need to adjust it ourselves, which is not an acceptable response when the issue occurred directly after their work. After raising a complaint with Swansway Head Office, we were then told that we are no longer allowed to return to the dealership. When I spoke directly with the Head of Business, I explained that after this experience we no longer wanted the vehicle or any future business with them. His response was: “We’ll keep it where it is.” When I asked what that meant, he replied “It means what it means.” The whole conversation felt dismissive, vague, and extremely rude. Overall, the vehicle was returned with new faults, poor workmanship, and no accountability, followed by very poor customer service when we tried to resolve the problems with Head of Business. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this dealership.

I had a great experience at Peugeot Chester when getting a new key coded for my car. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Molly called the day before to explain the appointment and made the whole process really clear and easy. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to go through everything with me. Peugeot also carried out a complimentary health check and provided a printed report along with a personalised video sent to my email, which was a great touch. Molly even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working well. Fantastic service and highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Swansway Chester Peugeot were fantastic because they prioritize customer service. We went for a timing belt change and Isaac (don't know his surname - sorry) went above and beyond to alert Peugeot that the belt was deteriorating and therefore should be changed under warranty. Excellent service from this young man and he is a credit to Swansway. I can't thank him enough. He's always polite and professional. Well done! 10/10.

Bought a car from Billy at Swansway. Excellent front start to finish. Didn't put too much pressure on, was open and honest and really knowledgeable throughout. Highly recommend

Good experience all round. From Kieran who sold me the car to the manager Matt who helped with early queries. Also the reception staff at the Chester Branch. Everyone polite and professional. Went to Peugeot hoping for a great car and good service and I wasnt disappointed.
