I visited Swale Auto Services ll last week in anticipation of finding a replacement automatic car with more "bells and whistles" than my current car. A very pleasant young man by the name of Ethan showed me 5 or so automatic cars. He then allowed me to peruse the cars at my leisure...no pressure. I narrowed my choice down to two cars and Ethan explained the details of each one with clarity. The car I preferred was a low mileage, immaculate Kia Sportage Gt AWD. I took the car for a test drive. Ethan outlined the comprehensive dashboard with its myriad of buttons and switches in a professional manner that highlighted his knowledge of the vehicle. I didn't hesitate and bought the Kia...getting a fair trade-in price for my current car. When I collected the car, it had been valetted and polished. I have been driving the Kia for 4 days and to me it is my dream car. Thank you Ethan for you guidance and general advice... you are a credit to your company. I highly recommend a visit to Swale Auto Services ll to anyone looking for a change of cars. Who knows like me, you may just find exactly what you are looking for.

These guys where absolutely amazing! Especially Gavin! After a bad experience with another garage, he really took care of me, talked and helped me through everything. Nothing was too much trouble for them! Will never buy a car from another place! So amazing!

We purchased a Volvo V40 and dealt with Ethan - we found him to be really nice non pushy and we got a fair price for our car that had high mileage- he was honest in saying we could get more if we sold it privately. So far happy with the car which was given a full service mot and valet before we picked it up . Smooth transaction and non pushy sales which was refreshing. Thank you Ethan x

We bought a car from these guys in April. Had a minor problem with lights and then a problem in July with fuel injection, both within warranty (6 month) both times the garage said to bring it down no problem we’ll sort it. Replacement car given in the interim. None of the faults have recurred so seems to have been properly fixed rather than bodged. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable second hand car dealer in this day and age but these guys seem to be just that. Highly recommend
