We hadn\u2019t needed to change our car for quite some time and were a bit out of touch as to the choice of processes and generally the admin now involved. We didn\u2019t need to worry Adam was on hand to guide us through the process without any of the pressures or concerns that we had experienced in the past elsewhere. Adam took care of all the smaller but necessary details so all we had to do was drive away in our lovely new car! A total recommendation, well done Stringers.
Awful service, promote them selves as experienced professionals but confronted by poor attitude when they\u2019re called out for damages they didn\u2019t advertise before my 8 hour round trip! Made promises to reimburse us for the repairs after having to prove what they had clearly lied about, and still didn\u2019t get reimbursed! Choose wisely when making such an expensive purchase, this isn\u2019t the place to spend your money!
Just wanted to say a big thank you at everyone in stringers for fixing the \u201cmum bus.\u201d(seat alhambra) Having brought the car a year ago from them, a mechanic fix was required. After taken it to the local garage and been quoted \xa3\xa3\xa3\xa3\xa3 stringers agreed to fix the fault and orchestrated with the warranty company. They also gave it a fabulous clean inside and out. The mum bus is now back to doing what it does best. Thank you so much
I purchased a new car from Stringers in December 2025, trading in my old one at the same time. Adam was absolutely brilliant, it was the best experience I\u2019ve ever had of buying a new car. No intimidating sales talk, no pushing me to make a decision, just easy and straight forward. I had an issue with the V5 on my private plate but Stringers didn\u2019t stop the process and were absolutely lovely. My new car was immaculate, beautifully presented and I\u2019m thrilled with it. Both my husband and I would absolutely use them again. Best experience. Thank you Adam!
