I recently purchased a Mercedes EQS from Mercedes-Benz of Glasgow and wanted to share how impressed I was with the service I received from the Used Car Sales Team, particularly David Knox (Used Car Sales Manager) and John in sales. From the very beginning, John was excellent. He arranged a test drive of another vehicle and was professional, helpful, and attentive throughout. His friendly approach and willingness to assist created a very positive first impression and set a high standard for the customer experience. I would also like to recognise David Knox for the exceptional support he provided throughout the purchase of my Mercedes EQS. My situation was not entirely straightforward, yet David took ownership from the outset and guided the process through to a perfect conclusion. His attention to detail, clear communication, and determination to ensure everything was handled correctly made all the difference. It is not often that you encounter people who demonstrate such a high level of professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. When things are not straightforward and someone takes responsibility, navigates the challenges, and delivers an outstanding result, it is both rare and greatly appreciated. Not only do I absolutely love my car, but I am also delighted with the service I received throughout the entire process. Both John and David are tremendous assets to the organisation and provide an exemplary standard of customer care. Thank you both for making the experience such a positive one. Your efforts have left a lasting impression and have made me a very satisfied customer.
After months of frustration with an intermittent PDK fault on my Panamera GTS, numerous repairs, conflicting diagnoses and significant expense elsewhere, I finally took the car to Porsche. From the moment I spoke to Tim Cogger, the Workshop Controller, I felt I was in safe hands. Tim took the time to listen, kept me informed throughout and, together with his technicians, approached the problem methodically and professionally. Rather than guessing or recommending major components, they carried out detailed diagnostics, identified the root cause and resolved the issue. The car now drives better than it has in a very long time. The technical expertise was outstanding, but what really stood out was the personal service, communication and genuine desire to help. A huge thank you to Tim and the technicians for restoring my confidence in both the car and the Porsche brand. Highly recommended.
