Literally appalling Purchased a car on 28th March from Stratstone Audi Warrington. Salesperson was keen to get it through before 31 March year end of course. Traded my old audi in. Still, almost 25 days later haven't received the part exchange funds owed to me. Showroom have about 10 times promised the money would be with me 'by 3pm tomorrow'. They've promised that they are actively dealing with it. Nothing. Need to be reported to trading standards. Clearly a breach of contract. Avoid at all costs.
Maz looked after me really well and genuinely went above and beyond. He took the time to sort out a few issues with my car that could have easily been overlooked, and made sure everything was done properly. You can tell he actually cares about the work and the customer, which is rare to find. Highly recommend.
