You could not make a timed appointment for a diagnostic test only a date. I arrived and within a couple of hours the car was checked and I was ony way home. Excellent service and the engineer explained what was done. Although my car had done only 700 miles they checked everything including a video of the vehicle.
Hannah booked the car in, met us on arrival and was very polite. Lovely personality - just what your customers require. Although Hannah said they would hope to have the car ready by 1700hrs it was in fact ready at 1230hrs. Your coffee was very much appreciated and your receptionist the perfect host. Thankyou Ann
My first time dealing with Audi and I had a very nice experience from start to finish. Andy looked after me throughout the process and made everything quick, easy and straightforward. He was professional, friendly and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. I’m super happy with my car and I’ll definitely be staying with Audi for my future cars.
