I had a very positive experience purchasing my new car at Audi. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and were invited to sit. Although we waited around 5–10 minutes after our appointment time, once seated we were offered a drink, which was appreciated. The salesperson was friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to engage in conversation, understand what we were looking for, and guided us to an outcome where we were able to purchase a brand‑new car. The service was thorough and efficient, and we left feeling extremely happy with our purchase. The Audi team kept in regular contact throughout the process, providing updates and support, and the car was ready for collection the very next week. On collection day, Audi arranged a pickup time that suited, handled the exchange smoothly, and once again offered refreshments while I waited. The handover was relaxed and not rushed.
Although being a dealership and prices may appear a little high the customer care, the assistance and preciseness of knowing what is wrong with your vehicle makes you understand why the prices are like they are it is well worth it to have your vehicle serviced or repaired at this dealership
It was a great day for me. Land rover north of Birmingham is one of the best place to get a new car, this year march 2026 was my third time being approved for second hand and new cars, I and my family always enjoy the great atmosphere because of the overwhelming customer service they provide. This time round I had my 2026 Reg and the process was quick and easy to get my land rover Velar within a week.
