It was a great day for me. Land rover north of Birmingham is one of the best place to get a new car, this year march 2026 was my third time being approved for second hand and new cars, I and my family always enjoy the great atmosphere because of the overwhelming customer service they provide. This time round I had my 2026 Reg and the process was quick and easy to get my land rover Velar within a week.
Chloes professionalism, helpfulness and willing to accommodate me was fantastic from pre booking, during my service and collection. Chloe was able to help with my requests, kept me informed of some additional charges and explained fully what was happening throughout the time my car was with MB colchester. I can honestly say it has been one of the best customer services experiences I have had in my long standing relationship with MB colchester and hope people like Chloe are praised accordingly (and kept at the dealership). Yes my bill still smarted, but Chloe certainly helped in easing my pain. Great service all round and only hope the high bar Chloe set can be maintained
