When I purchased my car I paid for a bodywork treatment which costing £999. Which I was told would entail paintwork correction prep and then a ceramic coating treatment. All that has been done to the car is that the treatment has been applied over existing scratches etc. there has been little or no prep at all. I am absolutely heartbroken at the state of my new car. Add to this, I was charged £25 for fuel on my invoice but the fuel warning light was on when I picked up the car. I had to provide a full complement of documentation for my part exchange including fsh, mot cert, any invoices for repairs etc. I received absolutely nothing with my car other than an invoice by email. I know nothing about the history of my new vehicle. I am not happy with Statstone Leeds.
Appalling. They had my car, parked it illegally, did not tell me, did not pay the ticket, did not answer calls or emails when informed I had legal action threatened for an unknown unpaid fine. I wasted hours and hours trying to sort this out. Shocking and negligent, Over three years their aftercare has been below par but this reached the lowest levels of service. Do not go any where near.
I received prompt and professional service at the BMW service station Doncaster, where the staff were courteous, friendly and polite. The facilities were clean and well-organised. The entire experience—from check-in to vehicle collection—was efficient and pleasant. The two front desk employees were nothing short of enthusiastic and fantastic. They made me comfortable. Can’t wait to buy a brand new car… soon.
My experience with Mercedes Benz of Giffnock was perfect from start to finish. Our sales person, Ben was brilliant. He was very engaging, provided continuous contact throughout the process and was able to secure us our dream car quickly and with no hassle. I would highly recommend and will be a return customer.
