I’m not sure if I just happened the get the best Salesperson I’ve ever met but Keith Anderson at Mercedes Ayr, made the whole buying experience an absolute pleasure. Mercedes really do go beyond with the Sales experience and quality of the vehicles. The really are in a class of their own.
The service provided from start to finish was one of the best I have ever had even with more prestigious brands. I was met in the carpark and checked in, kept updated regularly on the progress of the work being done on my car and then a thorough explanation of all work completed and answered my many queries on the technology available. Amazing and well done to Habib who dealt with me from start to finish
