I booked in for a service and brake discs replaced, on completion Sam explained that the discs where still within tolerance, so great news less to pay, I may have gone to another dealership and they may have just changed them as I requested, that’s why you get 5 stars, keep up the good work
This was my first purchase through Stratsone Audi Bolton. My salesman was Peter Burman who is extremely personable and takes the time to listen to you and guide you through your purchasing choices. Peter kept me informed of the build and delivery timescales. The handover was a great experience and I got to see other members of the Bolton team. I would be happy to recommend Stratstone Audi Bolton if you are considering an Audi.
We purchased an ex-demo 1-series from Stratstone BMW Harrogate. They handed over a vehicle with visible paintwork damage with a commitment to book the car in subsequently to repair/rectify this, but once the car was sold they have not replied to multiple e-mails and phone call messages to resolve the issue. Absolutely appalling after-sales customer service - I have never encountered anything like this. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!
Trying to contact the garage to speak to them prior to my car going in & the following day was absolutely ridiculous. I must have phoned at least 20 times & couldn’t get through, in fact I thought on the Saturday when I was trying to collect my car that phone lines were down. However, when I just turned up in the hope I would be able to take my car & asked, I was told phone lines were fine. On the few occasions I did speak to people, I found them to be very unprofessional & lacked any enthusiasm. On one attempt, I couldn’t even make out what the girl said when she answered the phone. That being said, when I did get through to Vari, I found her to be very friendly & helpful. She followed through on what she said. I was also disappointed that my car wasn’t cleaned as part of the service it received. I have always experienced that in the past from other garages & assumed a brand like Mercedes would be the same. I am really disappointed the fact a brand new car that I purchased on the 30th January has had to be brought in to be looked at already, let alone the service I have recieved from Mercedes.
