Fantastic service every time, my first encounter with Stoke Audi was when I was in need of a locking wheel nut key, a member of staff from the parts department bought a master set out to my vehicle, matched the socket I needed and even went as far as to remove my locking wheel nut so I could get my tyres replaced. My second encounter was today when I needed some very niche parts that I knew wouldn\u2019t be off the shelf items, the parts advisor quickly sourced the parts and was able to get them delivered to their branch the same day, having contacted different Audi dealers to be told 3-4 days hearing that I can get the parts the same day and have my vehicle back on the road was a massive relief,
Great car dealer. The car was a little different to what was expected so they cancelled the order at my request and quickly refunded my deposit. It's rare when a car dealer acts so well in the interests of the customer. I strongly recommend Stoke Audi as they put the customer first. A big shout out to Mateusz on sales who was knowledgeable, efficient and always of good humour. This dealer has the right formula and I strongly recommend them for your new or used car purchase.
I had a really positive experience with Audi Stoke from start to finish. The service was excellent, and every question I had was answered clearly and professionally. Matt took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and offered me a range of options that suited exactly what I wanted, without any pressure. His knowledge, patience, and customer care made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I drove away in my new car feeling genuinely happy with my choice. A huge Thank You to Ellie on Reception, Simon in the workshop, the Service Team, and all at Stone Audi for fixing my stuck down drivers window on my Audi A4 cabriolet (a temporary fix until I can get a new regulator fitted). I was driving from the Lakes to Suffolk and then back, and phoned when the window stuck fully down on the m6 motorway (the AA were of no help, wouldn\u2019t come out, and I\u2019m a member) . Everyone at stoke audi couldn\u2019t have been more pleasant or helpful \u2026 a real pleasure to have met you all. Thanks once again.
I was happy with the service at Stoke Audi because Matt made the whole process incredibly easy. I\u2019m not local so most of the process was done online and explained to me clearly in a way I could understand. The car I purchased was exactly as described, in fantastic condition and incredibly fairly priced.
