Always pleased with the service from this centre- especially from Chris L who I always ask for by name now. We are on a service plan which is cost effective, and their communications on the day itself is always great with updates as to progress. They always clean the car too which is a bonus (the only clean it gets each year !)
I arrived for a safety recall. Demi had called me previously to remind me of my appointment. I arrived and was shown to the reception area, and then the process was explained to me. Demi is friendly (and professional) and she puts you at ease straight away. She made me feel as if I'd known her for ages. The whole process was quicker than I thought it would be. Overall a positive experience.
I’ve waited to post this review as I thought I would be fair and allow Stellantis to rectify the issues and poor service I had when I purchased my car. But unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. Sadly this has been the worst experience and most disappointing service I’ve ever received from a company. We had a chaotic service from Elliot Hedgeley which resulted in paperwork being incorrect for the car we were purchasing. When Elliot asked for feedback on the service we were honest and said there were things that could be improved upon. That resulted in him arguing with us and getting very defensive and annoyed with us and stating ‘let’s just get this over with’. I drove away from the dealership feeling very upset after that confrontation, not how it should be when you have just bought a new car. My car paperwork wasn’t completed properly, (which I knew due to the chaotic service on the day was going to happen), resulting in me having to contact the DVLA to request a replacement V5. I wouldn’t expect to buy a car from a dealer and have to spend so much time and effort trying to sort out missing paperwork and prove that I had purchased a car. Three months later I managed to get a V5. I was also promised paperwork from Elliot about warranty cover for the wet belt on the car which I never received. I was offered a full tank of fuel and a valet from Kaz Sohal for the poor service we received. I did think Kaz was very nice and helpful on the phone and listened to me. But then unfortunately Kaz never replied to my emails to book in the valet. So just overall a really poor service, I would never recommend Stellantis to anyone, and will never use them to purchase a car again.
Mehdi was fantastic to deal with. It felt like we were in the right and able hands throughout the whole purchase process. He answered all our questions and no question was too big or small. Mehdi provided us with much better quote than the other dealership we have enquired with first, plus he managed to get the car we wanted very fast too. He was professional, friendly, patient. Took time to explain and show us the car before we drove home, which really helped my confidence that I can drive it back home myself :) I hope Mehdi gets his well deserved promotion. He is definitely the right man in the right shop. The manager Thomas was helpful and amazing too.
I recently visited this dealership and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The sales team were incredibly attentive without ever being pushy — they really took the time to understand what I was looking for. The showroom had a really welcoming atmosphere. I was seen by Donna Malpus she was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience, she really took the time to understand what I was looking for Overall, it was one of the best dealership visits I’ve had. Totally stress free.
Visited today and had such a fantastic experience! We were warmly welcomed by Donna, who was absolutely lovely. She went above and beyond to help us, answering all of our questions with such kindness and enthusiasm. Her customer service was outstanding and really made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you.
