Purchasing a new car from Stellantis Chingford on 28th May was a decision I deeply regret. Throughout the process I had to constantly chase for basic updates that alone set the tone. The collection day was the worst of it. Sales consultant Charles was rude, dismissive and disengaged from start to finish. I was left waiting with zero communication, and when I asked for updates he responded with grunts rather than any professional courtesy. The handover was equally poor. He couldn’t demonstrate or set up the car and enlisted a colleague who was just as unfamiliar with the vehicle. I’ve since had to teach myself via online videos. What should have been an exciting milestone was ruined by consistently poor service. I would not hesitate to warn others away from this dealership.
Absolutely shocking customer service from this branch. I took my car in for a service and MOT and was left completely in the dark all day. Not once did anyone contact me with an update—I had to chase them myself. When I called, I was told my car should be ready within an hour, so I made my way to the branch. When I arrived, I gave my name and explained that I was there following a phone call and was waiting to collect my car. I then sat in the waiting area for three hours. During that time, not a single member of staff came over to check on me, ask if I needed help, or provide any update on my vehicle. After waiting all that time, I was eventually told the work hadn't even been completed. I understand that delays happen, but there is no excuse for such poor communication and lack of basic customer service. Leaving a customer waiting for hours without any information and completely ignoring them is unacceptable. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I will not be using this branch again and would not recommend it to others based on the level of service I received.
I can’t thank Terry and the rest of the team enough for their outstanding customer service and care. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, prompt, and incredibly helpful. The level of service I received was truly exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Their expertise, honesty, and genuine commitment to their customers really set them apart. “Above and beyond” hardly does them justice—they are simply a hardworking, dedicated team who take great pride in what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional service centre. - Thank you!
I left my car for a service which was already expensive for the DS7 that I have. I pointed out that the the rear right brake light was taking on water which was a clear manufacturing fault. When I pointed this out I was told that I would need to pay 40% of the cost. I challenged them but they insisted as this was not a recall the cost would have to be shared. Do not buy your car from Stellantis & You West London. It is the worst customer experience I think I have ever experienced in the last 53 years of existence on the planet. Terrible experience. Never again. If anyone has had a similar issue please check your DS7 and report it immediately as accidents can happen and DS should be accountable.
