I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Stellantis & You Manchester, and I feel it is important to share my experience so others are aware. I took my vehicle in for investigation, and not only were my concerns mishandled, but the car was returned to me with a new mechanical fault — a loud noise from the front offside that was not present when the vehicle went in. The driver had to take the car away again immediately, leaving me without a vehicle for the entire weekend. Communication has been extremely poor throughout. Despite clearly explaining my disabilities and requesting written communication as a reasonable adjustment, I was repeatedly phoned and spoken to in a way that caused distress. My emails were rejected, escalation was refused, and at one point I was even told to “use another dealership”. When the General Manager finally called me, he opened the conversation by accusing me of swearing at staff, before asking for my side of the story. This was incorrect, confrontational, and showed clear prejudgement. It completely destroyed any confidence I had in the fairness of the process. To make matters worse, I was not even told what time my car would be delivered back. The driver arrived without notice — I was only home by luck. The overall experience has been: • stressful • poorly handled • dismissive of my disabilities • inconsistent • and now has resulted in additional damage to my vehicle I have now opened a case with the Motor Ombudsman and requested that my complaint be handled by someone outside the Manchester branch, as I no longer have trust in their ability to deal with this fairly or professionally. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this dealership to proceed with caution.
Just bought my 4th car from stalantis and you salford im so happy with the vehicle Peugeot 3008 GT Naresh Syal the sales man was fantastic polite explained everything he's not just a car sales advisor he becomes a friend great personality buying a can from him is like having a day out you chat so much he is a credit to the group would recommend this company and sales man thank you stalantis and thank you Naresh see you in 2 years 😀
A update on my last review 2008e After your service department having the car for 5 weeks for a recall 😡 And this week just had a big scratch on the back door repaired from when you had it, finally we have the car back in one Piece. The communication is absolutely terrible how you carry on day to day I’ll never know, you can never get anyone on the phone (unless you want to buy a new car), or to give you a return call. yesterday was Supposed to get another phone call but didn’t get one ( no Surprise there.) But this morning a breath of fresh air in the name of Izzy Smedley she text to Apologise about the phone call someone else should have done, with in 6 hours we had the car delivered back home unbelievable What a star you are. There’s a few people you need to Show communication skills, too there. Thank you Izzy all the best for the future Phil.
Booked an appointment for service using the online booking system. 7 , yes SEVEN, days later received email advising that could not honour chosen date(which was from their list of available dates when making the booking) as it was now full. Have been given date 4 weeks away. Spoke to them and was told the online booking system had false diary which was out of date What is the point if online system that does not have correct diary AND why take a week to send update saying date chosen was not available. Service? What service, feels like they just font care about customer!
If you buy any new car under warranty from this group, trust me you will definitely regret .My was sent there with engine management light on the screen, it took over 2 months to do diagnosis, no definite time to finish your car, no call pick ups, very inconsistent, not reliable,above all lies. I would never recommend them to anyone to do business with
I visited the Nottingham branch looking for a used car that I had seen online. I spoke to Gary S and he was so helpful. He gave me the full specification of the car and also advised on the best price they could give me. I was so impressed with the after care also, he could do enough.
