Absolutely amazing dealership! Could not be more happy with my experience of buying my car from them. Would recommend to everyone and anyone. Ollie, my salesman, was so kind and helpful. Answered all the questions I had and always answered quickly to my emails. Such a genuinely nice man, not just trying to get the sale done. Cannot speak highly enough of him. Was so happy with my experience and the car that I travelled for 2 hours to go and collect it. Managed to arrange everything remotely beforehand, which meant handover was so quick and easy. Was still able to check the car over and test drive before paperwork was done, to ensure I was happy with everything. Met the manager while we were there and he was so nice too. They both made it clear that they were still there after purchase, should I need anything. Ollie even checked in a few days later to make sure I was still happy with everything. Best experience of buying a car I have ever had or known. Would definately use again!
I normally use this company every year for both my service and MOT. I booked an appointment for Saturday 30th May, which was the only weekend slot available. As I’m self-employed, taking time off work means losing money. I booked the slot a couple of days ago, only to then receive a text saying my appointment had been moved to Monday 1st June. This is now the second time this has happened. Last year, they kindly helped by waiving the £20 fee and collecting my car on a weekday. What I don’t understand is why these dates are shown as available online if they’re clearly already booked or unavailable. I phoned to ask why this had happened again, and while they offered the same solution as last year, they still wanted me to keep the 1st June appointment. I asked why they couldn’t move it to an earlier date, but I didn’t really get a satisfactory response. Unfortunately, I’m now having to go elsewhere, which is a shame because the staff at the Romford branch are great. Hopefully Toomey Motor Group can fit me in instead.
