Handed my car back after the 48 month period. I had to pay £495 lump sum for a scratch repair insurance product that was added without my full knowledge . I agreed to the gap insurance as the sales manager said it will be added as monthly amount which was fine with me and just within my budget but then why would you then had another insurance in a completely different way and as a large lump sum at the end which I doubt many people would agree to. Just a complete lack of trust from them. The insurance only lasted 3 years so I could not even use it in the final year when the car was due back. I called them and they never returned my call. I then emailed them 8 weeks ago and no reply, yet every 4 or 5 days they leave voicemails asking me to service and MOT the car with them.
Bought a citroen car from the Leicester showroom, excellent service whilst buying it, but had a few teething issues one being serious but they cannot book in the repair for 7 weeks as they are busy. Asked about a courtesy car .. yes i can have one with 2 stipulations one is the date of the repair would go out 3 more weeks and secondly my free courtesy car would cost just under £20 in insurance, i asked if i could provide my own, NO thats not allowed, so much for free. Still they have money now.. Not Good
