I had a fantastic experience at Stellantis Croydon thanks to Alexander Bola. He is a brilliant salesman, genuine, patient, and incredibly helpful. He gave us a great deal on trading in my Peugeot 3008 and made the whole process easy and stress‑free. Could not ask for a better service !!!
Excellent service provided by Alex the salesman he certainly went the extra mile trying to find me the car I was looking for and made the whole process easy, I’m extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased and the service he provided I would recommend using stellantis Croydon for your next car and Alex for the professional service he provides.
My wife had a software update booked at Preston Garage for Saturday 4th April at 8am. This was all covered under warranty through Car Supermarket. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told there was no booking on the system. Heath from the service desk had confirmed it was booked, but clearly this wasn’t the case. As a result, we now have to rearrange for another day, which is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Really disappointing experience from the Preston team – a 1-star review is well deserved. I’d recommend going to Perry instead for any Vauxhall needs. Can’t wait for your AI replies
We recently visited Stellantis Tyburn Road South Birmingham with a view to purchasing a Mokka - we found the service top notch with very little waiting around even though it was busy. Gazinder was very helpful friendly but professional at the same time. A car was chosen and an order was placed with a minimum of fuss. Stellantis are definitely reccomended!!
horrifically bad customer service. called up 7 times over three days and left a message with their AI robot machine (already a red flag) each time, was promised a call back and then never heard back. my car has been there for 7 days already and i’m still without it for probably the foreseeable. avoid this place like the plague.
Went to Stellantis, Preston as a Motability customer looking for a 7 seater to accommodate a wheelchair and was shown the Peugeot 5008 by Kish, who was not pushy, took time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable, friendly and excellent at his job and nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend Stellantis Preston if looking for a new car.
My WAV had its first MOT. Staff were fantastic from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I was made very comfortable in the waiting area, plenty of refreshments and a TV to pass the time away. The showroom was spotless, I also had a peak of what my next car will be. I was so impressed with the service they provided. The fitters even washed the outside of my car. The car was covered in sand blown over from the Sahara. I have to say it was spotless by time they finished it. A very happy customer. And I will be getting my next mobility car from Peugeot Newport. 5 star rating.
