Maitri was a delight to deal with from the very beginning. She guided us through the process and took the time to listen to all our questions. Once we completed the driving test and decided to go ahead, she was incredibly efficient in getting the car ready for us. Our experience with her was fantastic.
I have a van lease with stellantis. I had family illness and missed a payment. I emailed them and they ignored it. I did arrange an agreed payment holiday. How ever stellantis still put a missed payment on my credit file and its been quite damaging. I woukd avoid getting involved with these. Very poor.
Excellent experience with Stellantis &You Liverpool, especially Bobby Brown who has been outstanding throughout the process. I was looking for a very specific car and after speaking to multiple dealerships, Bobby was the only one who managed to source the exact vehicle for me within days. His communication, professionalism, and customer service have been exceptional from start to finish - always keeping me updated and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A real credit to the dealership. Highly recommend!
