Last year we purchased the worst vehicle from this company and have had on going disputes ( the car closed not because I was wrong but because I used the vehicle for business purposes ). The van looked like it had been rebuild around the front end the bumper was not paint matched to the original spec it's rattled when driving and if left for a few days a internal oil leak in to the turbo would cause it to smoke very badly on start up. It would constantly loose coolant and require topping up on a daily basis it was a cracked cylinder head the total cost of repairs on this vehicle in the space of the 6 months I owed it was just short of £11000 total cowboys here both Chris and Tim avoid at all cost Be warned ...
The Citroen C5 Aircross plus any of the C4 Picassos has got a drivers door open fault when its closed. Citroen has known about this for well over 10yrs but done nothing about it. Have had new door lock and door wiring loom replaced and still the fault is with my 2022 Citroen Aircross. Its about time Stellantis found out what the fault is and issue a recall.
I had a very positive experience. Alisa is a new employee and she excelled in her customer service skills Alisa kept in touch with me whilst I was looking for the right car and followed up after sending emails. She was very attentive and friendly.Good luck in your new role Alisa.
My car broke down on 2nd August 2025 (overheating and running belt problem) and was recovered to Stelantis on 15th August(the earliest I could book it in anywhere) it sat there with nothing being done until I had to remove it or face charges for storage from 23rd April 2026 During August I was told it would be repaired under warranty, or if not the repairs under goodwill. December 2025 I was told off did not meet the criteria for being repaired under warranty and the Peugeot dithered until April 2026 before letting me know it would have to be moved or I would have storage charges. Never once was I offered a repair of the coolant system or a cheaper alternative. I was just told I would need a new engine, costing£12,000. without any factual reason being given. Suffice to say I have mentioned my car and will never trust a Peugeot dealer again. If I could give them 0 stars it would still be too many
I had a really great experience at Peugeot Croydon. Alexander was sincere, honest and genuinely focused on what was best for me rather than just making a sale. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, and I never felt any pressure ,it felt like he really put himself in my position and gave the right advice. His colleague was also very friendly and supportive throughout Thank you again, I really appreciated it.
Brough my car in for a service yesterday. Asked if an issue could be looked at regarding the cigarette lighter. and was told this would be done This issues was then not passed on to the engineer so wasn't looked at and then was told there wouldn't be any time to look at it. Was also told that the car would be cleaned - it wasn't. Also asked for an email copy of the receipt. This didn't happen either. Very poor job. Will avoid in future.
