Absolutely shocking customer service from this branch. I took my car in for a service and MOT and was left completely in the dark all day. Not once did anyone contact me with an update—I had to chase them myself. When I called, I was told my car should be ready within an hour, so I made my way to the branch. When I arrived, I gave my name and explained that I was there following a phone call and was waiting to collect my car. I then sat in the waiting area for three hours. During that time, not a single member of staff came over to check on me, ask if I needed help, or provide any update on my vehicle. After waiting all that time, I was eventually told the work hadn't even been completed. I understand that delays happen, but there is no excuse for such poor communication and lack of basic customer service. Leaving a customer waiting for hours without any information and completely ignoring them is unacceptable. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I will not be using this branch again and would not recommend it to others based on the level of service I received.

The level of service I received was truly exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Their expertise, honesty, and genuine commitment to their customers really set them apart. “Above and beyond” hardly does them justice—they are simply a hardworking, dedicated team who take great pride in what they do. I left my car for a service which was already expensive for the DS7 that I have. I pointed out that the the rear right brake light was taking on water which was a clear manufacturing fault. When I pointed this out I was told that I would need to pay 40% of the cost. I challenged them but they insisted as this was not a recall the cost would have to be shared. Do not buy your car from Stellantis & You West London. It is the worst customer experience I think I have ever experienced in the last 53 years of existence on the planet. Terrible experience. Never again. If anyone has had a similar issue please check your DS7 and report it immediately as accidents can happen and DS should be accountable.
