I recently visited this dealership and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The sales team were incredibly attentive without ever being pushy — they really took the time to understand what I was looking for. The showroom had a really welcoming atmosphere. I was seen by Donna Malpus she was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience, she really took the time to understand what I was looking for Overall, it was one of the best dealership visits I’ve had. Totally stress free.
Visited today and had such a fantastic experience! We were warmly welcomed by Donna, who was absolutely lovely. I’ve always had a consistently great experience with this dealership. I’m always made to feel welcome – the team are genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. What really stands out is that they’re never pushy. They take the time to understand what you need front the car and are completely honest about what they can offer within your budget. At the same time, they clearly work hard to find the best possible deal and make things work for you. I’ve now bought my last three cars from here, and that alone says everything – I wouldn’t keep coming back otherwise! I’ve no plans to go anywhere else. i have played into their hands and give up, after emails and phone calls to the after sales team, still no reply. Six months ago I bought a car, the deal went through without a hitch, but a promise that a new second key would be forwarded to me. Up till today (6 months of waiting) still no contact from them. Just a small thing that has ruined the deal, wouldn't go there again as a matter of principle
From the moment I walk in the show room, I was greated by paul Phillips, I seen a car that I like and said I want that car. We can sort you one out he said, he gave me the option of the hybrid, but I told him I wanted a petrol car. O.k lets go and sit down to dicuss my options. On the 16th of March 26 I went to pick up my new car, paul was great from start to finish. And has kept in touch to see how I'm getting on with the car. I would recommend to family and friends. Sagal my rep offered my a service as soon as I arrived. She explained the process of the service and NOT very clearly plus confirmed if very contacted in the day on the progress. Which she did. Upon collection she confirmed how she supported with sourcing the parts needed and the work completed. Her mannerism was professional and calm and I'm likely to return to Stellantis based on the service she offered.
