POOR SERVICE! Booked in for a FULL SERVICE & MOT. After picking up the car I noticed they hadn’t turned the service light off ( had to go and ask someone to turn it off & they even said they didn’t know how to ) they also did not stamp the service book. On top of this they didn’t carry out the FULL SERVICE that was paid for, only did an oil change!! After ringing them to raise these issues with them i was told “ we didn’t know what’s included in a service “ which is rather worrying considering it’s something they do on a daily basis! I had requested a part refund for the difference for the work that wasn’t carried out, This took over a month to do as they didn’t seem interested & just kept fobbing me off, It was only when i threatened to take them to court they processed the refund! Really does say alot about the company & how unprofessional they are & can’t accept their mistakes! All other issues I mentioned to them serval times just got ignored & still not doing anything about it! AVOID TAKING YOUR CAR FOR A SERVICE HERE!
I'm a motability customer .I ordered a frontara . It was supposed to be Delivered in 3 months. It was Delivered in six months. 6 months later it as develop series faults. Three major recalls .I add to have my car towed to the garage. I was told they are fully booked up to July .no courtesy car. Customer service non-existent. Would I recommend a Vauxhall Frontera. Absolutely not. I've been a Vauxhall customer for over 10 years. Come on vauxhall you can do better than this. You used to have exceptionally good cars and fantastic after sales service.. what happened .
Maitri was a delight to deal with from the very beginning. She guided us through the process and took the time to listen to all our questions. Once we completed the driving test and decided to go ahead, she was incredibly efficient in getting the car ready for us. Our experience with her was fantastic.
I have a van lease with stellantis. I had family illness and missed a payment. I emailed them and they ignored it. I did arrange an agreed payment holiday. How ever stellantis still put a missed payment on my credit file and its been quite damaging. I woukd avoid getting involved with these. Very poor.
