When i first bought my car the service from Stellantis was good, communication was frequent and if there was an issue they supported me through. However now i have my Alpha and there has been an issue this is where my experiences have been negative - there are very limited dealers in the UK who can accept bookings for Alpha's, something that was not shared - which has meant that the earliest booking i can get is in 2 months and over 300 miles away, not a good experience. Made worse by the customer services departments communications, they didn't respond for 29 hours when i called to detail the fault, they have still offered no solution and simply offered a customer survey. how is that resolving anything?
Declan from the Manchester showrooms made the whole experience enjoyable. He had answers to all our questions and talked us through the pro’s and cons of the two models we were interested in. He took us for a test drive made both myself and my wife convinced which model we should go for. We are now waiting for the delivery of our new C10 Leap motor.
I purchased a used car end of January 74 plate from Coventry.The salesman was very helpful on purchase.On Friday after driving on the motorway my car locked up on turning into hospital. I called the AA out to be told brake calliper bolts were missing on Ns and Os were loose too. I regularly carry a baby in my car and due to this happening has caused me a great amount of stress.I have phoned the dealership several times and emailed with no response. This car was a death trap and definitely didn't have a pre inspection as promised.Very upset and angry that no one has the decency to follow this up.
The staff is not cooperative at all. They do not deal with your queries politely and they are quite unprofessional. They keep you waiting over the phone and than call drops. I called them today 4 time to get update on my car , their response, the relevant staff is busy. Really disappointed 😞
I had a very poor experience with Stellantis & You Peugeot Preston regarding my nearly new Peugeot 208, which was only two months old when it developed an oil leak. The vehicle had to be recovered to the dealership and remained with their workshop for several days while they investigated the issue. I was told there was “no oil leak” and that no fault could be found. Concerned that something was clearly wrong, I took the car to Perrys Peugeot Blackburn for a second opinion. Their technicians immediately identified the problem as a gearbox oil seal failure causing the oil leak — something Stellantis & You Preston completely failed to diagnose despite having the vehicle for days. This was extremely disappointing and has seriously affected my confidence in their aftersales service. I felt dismissed as a customer and was repeatedly reassured there was no issue when there clearly was one. To make matters worse, I have since attempted to contact Stellantis & You Preston to raise a formal complaint and request a response, but so far I have received no reply whatsoever. For a main Peugeot dealership, I expected a far higher level of professionalism, technical competence, and customer care.
