Kish was superb throughout, explained everything to me , very personable and professional throughout , he kept me informed with updates on vehicle ETA and it was delivered with a day to spare ... Kish went through the car on delivery showing me how everything worked and how to set up GPS etc , I couldn't recommend Kish or this dealership enough
Communication is terrible, constantly chasing for updates on a vehicle that should have arrived end of March. Only receive brush off emails saying they’ve requested the information. Car has apparently been damaged in transit, no update for two weeks on a small chip that can be fixed in a matter of hours. Last two emails have been ignored. Really disappointed
Had to take our DS4 to have an airbag replaced. From the initial contact on phoning the branch at Tyburn Road, the response was friendly and helpful. On picking up the car on the day, it was delightful to find that it had also had the clean which was needed but which I'd had little time for. Thanks to Tony for the excellent, friendly service which I'm very happy to acknowledge.
Please, please avoid this dealership. The whole process has been terrible and now they have had my faulty e3008 for over 4 months with no end in sight. They don't provide courtesty cars and have lied about the status constantly (if not completley ignoring me) I'm told the part is not available, then they have the part and it will be fixed and then no we don't actually and we don't know when we can fix it. Yet I often drive past the dealership with a transporter outside with a load full of new 3008's being delivered, and a storage yard full of them. Everytime I go in to the place there's a pack of angry customers getting fobbed off by young staff, whilst the manager watches on from his glass office above. He should be ashamed of his dealership. I've exhausted their complaints procedure (and Peugeots). I'm now contacting the Motoring Ombudsman and Financial Ombudsman. I've wasted so much of my time on these melts I might as well go the whole hog now and give them some grief.
