One of the best new car sales experiences I have received in over 30 yrs of buying new cars. This was mainly due to the salesman Harry at Bristol Cribbs causeway Alfa Romeo. Clear concise information provided when required. One area of improvement required from my experience. Logistic company delivering the car to the dealership could improve their communication, this improvement would have made this a 5 star review. But I cannot fault the dealership at all, Well done and thank you.
A bran new car that was picked up in October from Stellantis Salford and it has had a fault, it was reported in November 2025, but could not be booked in until Jan 26. They advised that a part was required, but was on back order. Eventually the car was taken in 28th Feb 26 the part was replaced, but did not resolve the issue and they wanted to keep the car, we are now 6 weeks later, I am still without my car. I have been given a courtesy car but that has 2 tires that have chunks and splits in the tire, when this was highlighted, they said they would change them when the car was returned. So finger crossed I don't get stopped by the police. The service and communication has been shocking, I have chased for updates every week, to be told they have a backlog and that's if they replied at all. Today 1/4/26 I phoned to be told they have another fix to try, but the diary for this month is closed. I have tried to escalate this further and asked that someone rings me back to get this resolved, but I am still waiting. Absolutely poor service. This is the second time I have used Stellantis and been let down.
HI wanted to bring to your attention the terrible service that I have experienced at the Stalantis service centre in Birmingham Central Both me and my wife have brought 3 brand new cars each from this car dealer and always happy with the purchases and Aaron who is very good at what he does However the after service is terrible Car Reg TB04 WBA I booked my wife’s car in for its normal service in December 2025 over the phone and told them that I had an error message on the dashboard , they said they would look into the issue when they did the service , they also asked if I would like to add an additional fuel clean service I declined this as my wife travels less than 3,000 miles a year and not worth it . I Booked it in but as normal but didn’t have a courtesy car (They never have one ) so had to wait for it to be completed , which is fine , it took around 5 hours this was 2 hours over the time that they said it would be completed, they gave me the keys and then proceeded to charge me for the fuel clean thing , at this point I was so late for an appointment that I paid the charge and then went to get into the car , I noticed that there was the same service light on with the same issue that I had told them about , surely someone would have spotted this when complete the checks within the service , I spoke to the man who was dealing with the service , he asked if I could wait a little longer so could fix the issues , I explained that I couldn’t as I was already late for an appointment , I said that I would book it in again. The service manager called me the same day as probably was told of the service that I had received that day , he agreed to refund the charge and organised a courtesy car for the next booking to fix the service error message So I brought the car back around 4 weeks later and left the car with them , they called me later that day saying they needed to order parts and couldn’t fix the error , not sure why it took all day to find this out , anyway these things happen , I collected the car and they said they would call me to book me back in when they had received the parts , a month later and still I still hadn’t received a call so I called the service line and gave my wife’s reg number they said that the Reg was for a car that my wife had back in 2019 they said they couldn’t find another car under that REG , not sure why this was the case but said they couldn’t find the booking either , I asked them for the Birmingham Central service manager to give me a call , they said they would add this to the notes for a call back , this never happened , I called again 2 weeks later to chase the booking (they found it straight away this time ?) , however the parts weren’t available so again I asked for the manager to call me back they said ok , again no call 2 weeks later I still had no call so I called back and they found the booking and said they could book me in 4 weeks later (no courtesy car again ) so booked it in and now waiting for the car to be fixed 1/4/2026 , and just told that the part is not on site so having to sent someone to go and collect it from another service centre , and now they are saying that the fault maybe chargeable and can’t book into June , I’m lost for words , the parts have been fitted but still an error message , Mo at the service desk said it needs to be brought in again and left with them for a couple of days, he has also said that there maybe a charge for the next repair not sure why as this has been a fault since December with multiple visits as of outlines earlier also the service can’t be be done until July ?
Took my Zafira in for an air bag recall today and I honestly can’t thank the entire team enough. From the first minute we arrived the reception team were amazing and although we had arrived an hour earlier than our appointment it was absolutely no problem for them, I explained we had to be somewhere else and were very pushed for time so we tried our luck coming early. They all were so kind and understanding of our situation and swiftly passed us over to EVANS on the service team and he got our car brought in almost straight away and tried to get us on our way again as quickly as possible. I cannot thank everyone enough especially EVANS he is a complete gentleman, so polite and nothing was too much trouble for him and the entire team for that matter, all so friendly and welcoming ALL of them. We had our dog with us and he needed to go for a walk while we waited and we were extremely surprised how lovely the surrounding area is across the canal lock into huge grass areas we had a lovely walk while Evans kindly got my car sorted Within 30 minutes !!!! As if Evans had not done enough for us already he also got my car valeted in and out as a gesture of good will as I had enquired about possibly paying for a wash. Top quality work by everyone. A Nice comfortable seating area with really nice FREE hot chocolate 😊 This is definitely the best Vauxhall repair/dealership I have ever had the pleasure of using. I have also used these before for my servicing and timing belt etc and have always had a very positive experience this is definitely a well trained, well gelled team of guys and it completely shows throughout. Everyone I had contact with today were exceptional and a credit to the company. I love it when you receive such a brilliant service and I will of course definitely be using them again for any repairs or servicing coming up in the future. Keep up the good work and thank you EVANS especially for your excellent service 🙏 I only wished I had remembered the names of all the staff in the team as they all deserve a mention individually but thank you all I’m sorry i cannot list your names. Thank you all very much 🙏😊 Management this team all deserve a good pat on the back.
