I troubled Lauren on both Saturday & Sunday whilst looking for my next car. I didn’t make her job easy as I kept changing my mind. However, nothing was too much trouble for Lauren. She understood the brief & did all she could to get a positive outcome for me. I may have gone else where in the end, but this was nothing to do with customer service. Many thanks
It was my first time buying a new car and Lauren was fantastic. She made sure to explain everything in detail and in a way I could easily understand and did her best to get me the best deal possible, will definitely go to her again when im looking at my next one. Lauren is always helpful and has Helped us with getting a new car twice now . Very friendly and nothing is too much to ask . Just wanted to express my total fantastic history of my Ram1500 V-6 3.6 vehicle. My engine finally may have given me a final salure..........I have been the original owner of this vehicle...........It just fell short of 400,00 miles, and is still running but needs work....problems with camshaft and related items...just thought i would express my pleasure to you. i be happy to talk to someone, or (lol) be a spokesperson/witness to your procuct
Walked in to be greeted by a smiling Lauren Dean who remembered me from my previous visits. She worked with me attentively to provide the deal and ultimately the car that was right for me. Lee then took me through the formalities with care and understanding. Thank you both.
Stellantis Peugeot Bham North have had my vehicle for over 2 months and it still hasn't been fixed. My 18 month old Peugeot 3008 hybrid suffered a catastrophic loss of power. They supposedly fixed the vehicle and returned it to me. 1 mile down the road my vehicle lost power again in live traffic - very scary. A gearbox failure was identified and approved for replacement under warranty. They have not had a courtesy car available to offer me and they still can't confirm the date my vehicle will get into the workshop for repair. Shockingly bad customer service, I'm always having to chase for updates, but weeks go by and no progress. I have owned the vehicle for only 8 months, over a quarter of this time the car has now been sat, broken at their dealership. Even though they are meant to be the experts, I've lost all confidence and patience, and I've been left overwhelmingly frustrated and disappointed.
I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service from Tony! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure everything with my car was sorted smoothly and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, and his knowledge and positive attitude really put me at ease. It’s rare to come across such outstanding customer service these days — Tony is a real credit to the team. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their car!
