I reported my reverse camera that had abit of water ingress from a broken seal. Was booked in quickly & able to wait for it to be looked at. Technician was friendly, didn’t catch his name, he took the time to explain things and said would get the part ordered to be replaced on warranty. Whilst there, I noticed my car service invoice stated the wrong grade of oil. Was assured this was a mistaken invoice but offered a drain & refill for peace of mind. The girls on the front desk are very friendly & keep you updated.
Amazing service staff are friendly not pushy! My experience was about what I wanted not what they could sell. Coming from a person who works in customer service I can’t fault my experience and it doesn’t stop when you purchase the car. I would like to give a special thanks to Kish who was very patient and pulled out all the stops to ensure my needs were met. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car and I will be returning to get all my services done when required

Ben helped me and my husband search for our new car, and the whole experience was excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Ben. Ben really went above and beyond to help make the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend dealing with him if you're looking to purchase a new car. I got my car Mot and service done in a day. Well impressed. Omar had initially booked it in for service and Mot. Who was informative and good. The manager Stuart Huchvale was really helpful with arranging the courtesy car while my car was in the workshop. Louise Enser was really helpful she booked my car in and stayed in contact by giving updates on vehicle. Zoe was really good she was very professional and tried her best in trying to diagnose the fault. Keep up the good work Thanks
