The sales person that helped us was called Alison and she was amazing. She couldn’t have been more helpful. She discussed all our options and let us make our own mind as to what we wanted and then made the whole process seamless. She then showed us how everything worked on our new car and made sure we were happy with it before we left and we are really pleased with our choice (5008). We highly recommend this garage and Alison.
Motability customer. Chloe was absolutely fantastic. Knew the scheme inside and out and navigated the grant through the Motability foundation really well - it’s not easy! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t recommend her enough. If you want a Motability specialist or any specialist, she does regular cars too she is 10/10

STAY WELL CLEAR! Booked in for a full service, After collecting the car noticed the service light wasn’t turned off & service book not stamped & not even the correct car on the invoice either! They only did an Oil change & when questioning them on this i was told “ We didn’t know what’s included in a full service “ To me that’s rather worrying considering it’s something they do on a daily basis! Contacted them many times to get this sorted and the issues keep getting ignored & I keep getting fobbed off with them changing the subject! Took over a month to get a part refund for the stuff they didn’t do as they kept lying and delaying it, Only after threatening them with legal action they processed a part refund! I am still upto now waiting for them to resolve the other issues yet getting no response! If i was you STAY CLEAR as im still convinced they haven’t done a service & they aren’t providing any proof of it being done that i have requested many times in atleast 10 emails I have sent! Terrible after care & really unprofessional!!
