I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I took my car in on Friday 19 June for a recall service and was informed that it would be ready for collection by 5:00 pm the same day. After receiving a text message shortly after 4:00 pm confirming that my vehicle was ready, I explained that I was unable to leave my patients and asked whether I could collect the car on Saturday 20 June instead. I was assured that this would not be a problem. However, when we arrived on Saturday to collect my vehicle, we experienced significant delays before anyone attended to us. Once we were finally assisted, staff were unable to locate the paperwork or my car keys and repeatedly sent us from one department to another. Eventually, we were informed that they could not release the vehicle and that we would have to return on Monday. This situation has caused considerable inconvenience and disruption to my business, as I rely on my vehicle for work and am scheduled to work throughout the weekend. What was most frustrating was the apparent lack of concern or urgency shown by staff regarding the impact this had on me. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership/service centre to others. I expected a much higher standard of organisation, communication, and customer care.
