It started well - we went in last week (Coventry) ready to buy a car, but whilst we were enthusiastically encouraged to provide a positive review we have struggled to get the information we asked for and needed, not least how much the car we want costs! We went back. We asked again and were promised a call back. Didn't happen. Phoned and asked again. We'll call back. They haven't. Car looks great. Highly reviewed and supported by govt (electric) grant. But it turns out the e-C5 Aircross long distance isn't yet available to buy - according to Evans Halshaw. So we'll probably buy a Skoda. Shame - it wasn't our first choice, but is now. They are lovely friendly people, but either they don't know what they should know, or we were misled. Oh, and the Citroen website is really poor - every Citroen staff member agrees and apologises that it's hard to navigate and the information is full of holes. We did a review. Wish it could have been more positive.
Really rude staff, i would avoid in future. The man i spoke to on the phone obviously didn't care about his job and kept getting confused about what days were available. When I asked if i could speak to someone else he hung up on me. I called straight back and when he heard my voice her hung up again. Incredibly childish behaviour. I then called a central team who got me all sorted in 5mins. Do better Croydon.
