The service department are all smiles and welcoming when they want you to sign up to service plans. But when you try and check on the car’s status after the second day they are short sharp and unhelpful (everything is being done as quick as possible) then I had to wait another day just for an MOT. There is no desire to speed things along or keep me in the loop and when questioned they become very unfriendly. Jaseem Jameel my ‘friendly’ service rep!
We decided to have another Peugeot from Stellantis, as everything went smoothly last time. Again, David Hawkes assisted us to order the new car and handover was straightforward. David took time to explain all the new features so we could familiarise ourselves, and phoned the next day to check all was OK. David always provides friendly and efficient service and is quick to respond to any queries whether via email or phone. Thank you 🙂
The worst experience ever no one knows what they are doing the staff are rude and unsure of their jobs no communication between the staff I was meant to have my breaks changed today and have a courtesy car in place for one they gave me a manual when I requested a automatic them was asked to wait an hour while they charged it then after that hour I ask the staff member if they charge on the car was done they told me it wasn’t charging and they will need another hour I couldn’t wait so they got me an uber back now it’s 15:30 and my car still hasn’t been allocated and me asking to come take the courtesy car I was meant to this morning they have come with so many excuses so unprofessional and I would never be going there again and I’m not the only one with these issue there was atleast another two people this morning complaining about their services
