I am leaving this review because I have been helping my Aunt resolve an issue that she has spent several months trying to sort out and which still remains outstanding. The recall work on her Citroën C3 was completed in July 2025 and Citroën later confirmed in writing that there are no active recalls outstanding on the vehicle. However, the GOV.UK / MOT service still shows an outstanding recall against the vehicle, which has affected her ability to sell it. Citroën also confirmed in writing that their technical and data teams were investigating and working on a fix for the issue. She was advised that she would be contacted within five business days, but this did not happen. She subsequently sent further emails requesting updates and a correction date but received no response. The concern is not the recall work itself, which had already been completed, but the ongoing handling of the issue, the lack of communication and the failure to provide a clear resolution date. I have been trying to help her resolve this and the continued lack of contact has been hugely frustrating. Unfortunately, after several months of trying to resolve this through normal customer service channels, we are now having to consider issuing a formal Letter Before Action simply to obtain meaningful engagement and a resolution date. I would much rather be able to update this review to say the issue has been resolved.
Possibly the worst customer service experience of my life, not just from a car dealership, anywhere. Stellantis & You on Penistone road Sheffield received my car on 5th May 2026. It hadn't started and a mobile technician determined the faults to be related to a problem with the timing chain. After spending many hours on calls to various people at Peugeot customer care, we got as far as Peugeot agreeing that they would pay for the repair because it was checked in a recall in December and known that Peugeot fitted the wrong chain to several years worth of 5008 vehicles. However, Peugeot wouldn't be able to use my already paid for diagnostics and needed to carry out their own, which told us exactly the same issues and cost me £150. That was Friday 8th May. It is now 26th May and I still haven't had my car back. I have been told it is a 3 day repair. A few times I was contacted to say there was a delay on parts, never once apologised for this, just thanked me for my patience, which was wearing very thin. Monday 18th May I was told it would be ready "at worst next Monday". That was yesterday, so we're now way past the "at worst" mark. It seems the team don't talk to each other, I was over-promised a courtesy car last Friday if mine wasn't ready. It wasn't, but I never got one because there were none available. Messages I sent were ignored, I tried calling and the service team phones weren't answered. Instead I called the new car sales team who answered immediately, so I asked to be transferred to service. I found out that all but one staff member had finished at lunch time to enjoy a nice bank holiday weekend. I haven't been able to do that because I don't have a vehicle, my kids are also on school holidays and it's so hot that we're doing very little because we haven't got a vehicle. If you are thinking of buying a Peugeot I'd make sure you get a local garage that you know who can do your service and repairs because Stellantis & You 'service' is absolutely appalling. @ Stellantis, you can send me your generic reply from trust pilot assuring me the manager will be in touch, however it won't get me back the last 4 weeks of managing without a vehicle, all caused by Peugeot fitting the wrong timing chain and then being unable to provide an adequate service for the repair.
Avoid! Bought a brand new car on finance and after 18 months it has broken down 4 times and spent around 4 months in the garage. Every time the same error message. On the latest occasion the car broke down on 26/5 and the earliest date they could give us to look at it was 10/8. This despite the fact that its the same issue they supposedly fixed. We asked for courtesy car and were flatly refused. So we now have no transport for nearly 3 months and yet they still expect to recieve the repayments. Last time it was in the garage for 3 months and we ended up having to go to the financial ombudsman to get any kind of compensation. They wont take the car back as they claim its up us to prove the fault existed at point of sale. It broke down the first time 34 days after we drove it off the forecourt. Complaints have to be raised online and they will not even talk you about them until 8 weeks have passed for them to “investigate”. When i contacted them after 8 weeks nothing had been done and the complaint clearly hadnt even been looked at. Dreadful company. If you do buy from them i advise you pray nothing goes wrong with the car. You can buy all the extended warranties you like but if it breaks down expect to go months with no car or have to hire something out of your own pocket like we have.
This company’s customer service is shite! My first negative review came after purchasing my vehicle in November 2925 with 3500 miles on the clock. There were various electrical faults resulting in the salesman booking it in for diagnostics and a courtesy car arranged. On the day of it being booked in at 0800/0830 and my dropping it off service said “you have to wait for sales as they arranged the car”. An hour later I complained as I was still waiting and eventually the car parked outside the front door all the time was released to me - guess what? I drove it away with an empty tank! After 3 days the battery was replaced and I picked up my car. The rep advised he had been asked by management to request me to delete my review on here which I did. I’ve since contacted them to ask why the service record says a service is outstanding from September last year, despite them selling it to me in November - no reply to 2 requests! I’ve received an urgent recall due to a problem with the breaks. Also chased up my query with the service record. No response to the service query but vehicle booked in for the 15/6. Despite the recall letter saying it would be needed for an hour (so I can wait), they stated they require it for the day? When I explained I’m 45 minutes away and do they have a courtesy car - they do in July and it will cost £20, despite being a recall! Don’t purchase from here would be my advice. Quick enough to take your money but don’t give a toss after they have it. As for the car, I’ll take it to another dealership who looks after their customers.
Terrible dealership Does MOT before service dispite asking customer care team and the representstive to do Service and ask for any authorization before MOT otherwise will fail. Forces an MOT knowing it fails so they can charge you.. and have to repair with them. Terrible standards.
Purchased an Alfa from this garage back in February. When I came to collect the car there was a scratch on the front wing which I hadn’t been told about. As I’d driven for 4 hours to get it I was told that we could arrange to have a mobile repair service come to me and complete the repair in a week or two. That was fine, no great rush. Unfortunately this didn’t happen, after numerous messages back and forth, each time being told it was sorted and I’d get a call from “revive” who would come and sort it nothing came. I then had a reply from Matthew (who I’d dealt with throughout) that he had left the business and I should contact Connor Miles who knew all about it. This I did and (despite seemingly not really knowing about it) Connor again promised it would be sorted and he’d give me a call in a day or two. Predictably the call never came, and Connor also seemingly can’t respond to E-mails either. As nobody seems to answer the phone I also logged a query online, also ignored and no reply. There seems to be a distinct lack of aftercare once you have paid your money, and I can only assume they are trying to ignore the issues until people just give up. Zero stars, avoid like the plague!

She worked very hard to manage my request and helped me successfully get my Peugeot car on time from the Chiswick branch. Her customer service was outstanding, and she always treated me with patience and respect. Danella is a great example of excellent customer care, and I truly appreciate all her support and efforts.
