I dropped in without an appointment at the Manchester branch, I found the car I was interested in but unfortunately all the sales staff were busy. As a sales lady passed me I asked her if anyone was available from the DS showroom, she said she would ask. A few minutes later a chap called Naresh asked could he help, I explained my situation, he explained he was busy but he could get the keys for me to look myself until someone was available. As I was walking out to the car lot the previous lady called to me to say she’d be out shortly. I sat in the car for around 10 when the sales lady arrived. We had a good chat about the car and valued my car for part-exchange. Unfortunately the part-ex value was too low for me to reach the asking price, a hold has been put on the car for me to try and meet the asking price and I have a test drive booked. All in all, a good experience with helpful and pleasant staff considering I didn’t have an appointment. Let’s hope for the right outcome.
Where do I start? From the first phone call to driving my new car of the forecourt, I was looked after, all questions and queries answered, my sales advisor, Paul Eastwood phoned everyday, while my car was being prepared. I was made to feel unique, not rushed and that I wasn't on an aldi conveyor belt! I wasn't rushed to the close the deal and I was allowed to test drive my new car and take as long as I needed to familiarise myself with the new layout in the interior. Thank you Paul, A* customer service and just a stress free transaction, will most certainly recommend to anyone who is after an upgrade. Thank you once again.

The service department are all smiles and welcoming when they want you to sign up to service plans. But when you try and check on the car’s status after the second day they are short sharp and unhelpful (everything is being done as quick as possible) then I had to wait another day just for an MOT. There is no desire to speed things along or keep me in the loop and when questioned they become very unfriendly. Jaseem Jameel my ‘friendly’ service rep!
