I have been using this business for many years and always found them excellent. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the work is completed on time and communication throughout the day is first class with direct contact with the staff member who booked the car in by text available.
Disappointing is probably an understatement to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Stellantis &You UK, West London, following the purchase of my Citroën ë-C4. At the time of purchase, I was not provided with the locking wheel nut key for the vehicle. Throughout my subsequent communications with the team, I was repeatedly made to feel as though my concerns were not believed. Rather than receiving support, empathy, or proactive follow-up, I was informed that no assistance could be provided. Furthermore, I was advised that I had allegedly signed documentation confirming receipt of the locking wheel nut key and was therefore expected to purchase a replacement at my own expense. As I had no alternative, I purchased a replacement key myself. However, I subsequently raised a formal complaint and requested a copy of the documentation that purportedly demonstrated my acknowledgement of receipt of the locking wheel nut key. Despite these assertions, the team was unable to provide any such evidence. This ultimately confirmed what I had maintained throughout: the locking wheel nut key was neither provided to me nor present in the vehicle at the time of collection. It is apparent that the necessary pre-sale checks were not completed before the vehicle was handed over. What I found particularly disappointing was the apparent assumption that, as a customer, my account lacked credibility. Rather than investigating the matter objectively, I was left feeling as though my concerns were being dismissed without proper consideration. I was informed of the decision to reimburse me for the cost of the replacement locking wheel nut key on 30 April 2026. I promptly provided all requested proof of purchase and payment. However, despite the approval being made over a month ago, I have yet to receive the refund. Moreover, I have not been provided with any clear information regarding when I can expect payment or the timescales involved in the refund process. My experience with Stellantis &You UK, West London has been characterised by disappointment, a lack of empathy, poor communication, and an absence of accountability. Throughout this process, I was repeatedly made to question my sanity and the validity of my own concerns, despite ultimately being proven correct. I placed my trust in this organisation because of its established reputation as a professional vehicle dealership. Unfortunately, the level of service I have received has fallen significantly below the standards I would reasonably expect from a reputable business. The handling of this matter has been both frustrating and disheartening. I am just one customer and I might not be influential enough to be considered important in the grand scheme of things for Stellantis and You UK, West London, but I hope future customers do not encounter similar issues.
I would give the Citroën garage a 10 out of 10 for the warranty repair work they carried out on my car. When I first bought the car new, it had several issues, but they took care of everything under warranty. The team was exceptional—thorough, professional, and kept me informed at every step. Plus, they provided a courtesy car while mine was being repaired. I’m so grateful for their support and highly recommend them for anyone needing top-quality service and care.
