I recently had a fantastic experience with Stellantis & You Vauxhall Wimbledon and wanted to share it. I was contacted by Vauxhall regarding a free airbag replacement, and after registering my car, I chose Stellantis & You Wimbledon for the work. From start to finish, the service was excellent. I received clear and timely updates about my appointment, along with helpful information on what to expect during the visit. A special thank you to Helin Asmagul, who made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
Never again. After they actively pursued me by repeatedly calling my phone and booking me for a service and MOT appointment, I arrived at the scheduled time only to be turned away. They claimed I was over a month early for my service and MOT, despite being the ones who had initiated contact and set the appointment. During the visit, I also encountered a particularly rude lady in the service department, who I had to firmly correct before she offered a proper apology.
UPDATE: 13–14+ weeks and counting!!! Stellantis & You Peugeot, Tyburn Road, Erdington, Birmingham are dragging their heels!!! My son is still without the car he purchased from them, and they still cannot resolve the issue. Yet he is paying hire purchase on a vehicle that he cannot use. After 7 weeks, they finally provided a courtesy car, which he is currently using, but it is not his own vehicle!! The worst part is the lack of communication and updates on resolving the fault. Imagine being without the car you’re paying for 14 weeks. At week 3, I read another review saying they’d been waiting 14 weeks for Stellantis & You Peugeot to fix their car. I honestly thought they were exaggerating and never expected we’d end up in the same position. But here we are, experiencing the same incompetence and delays!! I want nothing more than a resolution. We were clearly sold a faulty car that cannot be repaired. We are now taking legal advice regarding compensation and will be contacting Trading Standards and consumer watchdog groups to resolve this. This is appalling service from Stellantis & You Peugeot !!!!!! There is clearly an issue with Peugeot vehicle engine faults. Avoid them like the plague, or you may end up like us – reading a review and then finding yourself in the same position with a faulty vehicle that takes months to repair and poor customer service!!!!!
In my experience Sagal exemplifies what customer serve should look like, and I base this on more than one occasion when she assisted me. Due to the manner in which Sagal managed my complaint, I felt reassured that some staff we do what needs to be done to resolve concerns professionally, which is the sort of customer serve I expect from a large company such as Peugeot.
Had a great experience for my first ever service with the official Stellatis and You service team at Brentford. There were some outstanding recalls to components on the car and despite providing me with clarity that it may not be able to complete it same day I was pleasantly surprised when the team told me they had the parts and the full service was completed same day! Customer service from the reception team was outstanding and everyone was very pleasant including the rep I spoke to - Lafira F - she couldn't have been more helpful! Will be using this team moving forward for all servicing needs in the future.
Visited Nottingham showroom to test drive Leapmotor B10. Jake was extremely helpful and provided all the information we needed and presented some great options to consider. Enjoyed the test drive and found the B10 comfortable and easy to drive with plenty of cabin and storage space. Thank you
