I must be clear that my initial experience was positive. A gentleman called Robbie, was wonderful! He was polite and very helpful ( befitting of most employees at the branch). After paying for my initial service the day before, the next day I went to collect my car from the branch in Wimbledon. Upon arrival, I noticed it was busy. After 15 minutes, I asked a member of staff which section I should sit in to collect my car ( It had already been serviced, washed and vacumed). She was clearly peturbed , abbrassive and abruptly replied " There are only two of us someone will call you when we are ready." After this response was provided I went to appropriate section. Other staff on site apologised to customers about the delay. However, I wasn't afforded the same courtesy. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, I asked the same member of staff for an update. She said that someone would bring my car. In this time every other person who was there when I initially arrived had been provided with their cars and left. Please note, approximately 20 new customers arrived while I was still waiting. After another 1 hour and 30 minutes, I asked the lady why she hadn't updated me or even explained why there was such a delay. She immediately lied and said she " Didn't see me." This was despite serving multiple customers who were sat either side of me and others who were near me. I explained that this simply must be a lie (as she made eye contact with me and looked in my direction several times.) By now another colleague came over. He was polite and showed some understanding and agreed that If I was just collecting my car this should have been 20 minutes ( instead it was 2 hours and 30 minutes). He said that a manager would call me on Monday. Despite this claim, nobody has bothered to call me despite my request. Therefore, I aim to alert other customers via this review. Upon leaving, a member of staff informed that he had delivered my car " a long time ago." Showing empathy and encouraged me to voice my opinion. The conversation continued. It was quite clear, that I was treated differently. I will the omit the reasons why I think I was treated differently from this from this review and hope to discuss this with someone from the management team.
I'm revising my previous 5-star review, which I submitted when I ordered my new car in March. The car has been in their showroom since March. I'm told there is a part recall for which they have been waiting for the tool to replace the part. The Tool is coming from France, but still hasn't arrived for two months!!! Perhaps they should order from China! It would get here quicker. Wish I'd gone with Volkswagen instead. Had the same issue with my current car. It took 14 months to arrive during the Semiconductor crisis. Then I suggested cancelling the order, and suddenly the car was available in a week.
purchased a car by distant sales and was delighted with my new car. I dealt with Harry who completed all the paperwork promptly via E-mails. I was kept informed all the way through and everything was explained fully to me. My car was delivered by Josh a really nice driver who explained the controls to me both Harry and Josh contacted me on the delivery day to keep me informed of timings and any traffic delays. I would recommend stellantis & you Crawley if buying a new car
Bought a car from Nuresh/ Noresh? at Stellantis in Salford on 28th April. A Citroën C3 Aircross. First few weeks it was amazing and myself and mum, who share the car, were very happy. Fast forward to 22nd May- The car broke down. Being the bank holiday weekend, it didn't get recovered until 26th May. Frustrating to say the least. We are now 1st June and nobody from Stellantis has even started work on our car. Numerous phone calls and being fobbed off, we are incredibly unhappy. This afternoon we have been told that it "should" get started on tomorrow, however, "it could take a week to fix". For a car which had a 112 point service on it just before we bought it, we are left feeling like we have been sold a dodgy car. Still within warranty and not even it a full month. Also been told that there wasn't a courtesy car available for us but we would be put on the list to get one. Then when enquired again, was told we would have to wait 6 weeks! Told we would receive call backs countless times and never get them. Having to use taxi's to get to and from my 14hour shifts at work. The whole service has been so poor. Nuresh also telling us, "it's nothing to do with me" Services telling us, "we are busy". Incredibly bad customer service. I do not recommend!
Paul Phillips @ Leicester delat with trading my old car in for a used car. He gave excellent service and answered all my questions. The handover went smoothly with no issues. I've brought many cars over the years from many diferent car dealerships and the process has not always been as easy and seemless as this was.
I purchased a 2021 Peugeot e-2008 and have had a deeply disappointing experience with both the vehicle and Peugeot/Stellantis after-sales support. Driveshaft fault (unresolved since September 2025) Within the first week or two of ownership, I noticed a clicking sound from the driveshaft. I booked an inspection in September 2025 where the fault was confirmed as a loose driveshaft, and I was told it would be covered under warranty. Nine months later, this remains unresolved. Despite repeated follow-ups, calls are never acknowledged in writing. I have requested email confirmation of every conversation on multiple occasions; they agree each time and never follow through. There is no paper trail for a confirmed warranty repair. Undisclosed damage history At the point of sale I was explicitly told the car had no damage history. Upon closer inspection I discovered accidental damage to the interior of the rear passenger-side door, not visible during a standard visual inspection. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Missing service records I was told at purchase that the car had been consistently and fully serviced, but the service book contains no records. I have contacted Peugeot multiple times; on each occasion they verbally confirmed the car was serviced at their showroom, yet they have repeatedly failed to update the service book or provide any written evidence. This directly affects the car's value and resale history. My Peugeot app: multiple unresolved bugs The app logs out every few hours. Rather than acknowledge this as a fault, Peugeot's response has been to call it a security feature. I have screenshots showing a UI bug where a pop-up presents an agree/disagree option, but the disagree button is visually obscured and not clickable, meaning users can only accept, not decline. This has been raised and dismissed without investigation. The app also auto-launches when connected via Bluetooth or CarPlay, taking over the screen while driving, which is a potential safety concern. Summary The core issues, a confirmed warranty repair, undisclosed damage and missing service records, have been outstanding for the better part of a year despite repeated contact by phone and email. Stellantis UK has shown no willingness to put anything in writing, resolve the warranty work or correct the vehicle's documentation. I would strongly caution anyone considering a Peugeot purchase to verify all claims about vehicle history and obtain every assurance in writing before signing.
I’ve bought a few cars from dealerships and have never really experienced good customer service, however I rang up and spoke to Paul Kelsall about a car I saw online. Paul couldn’t do enough for me before and after buying my car, he turned it around in just 2 days because he knew I needed the car quick, he checked in after I got the car to make sure I was happy with everything. Paul is a great salesman and Stellantis are lucky to have him on the team! All the sales team were very welcoming, got plenty cups of tea and more importantly I love my new car.
