Bought a car from Star Cars London and within 3 weeks it developed a DPF fault \u2014 completely undrivable within a month. Their response was disgusting. Delayed repairs for weeks, zero care about the inconvenience, made us pay to transport the car, and then kept it for over a month with almost no updates unless we chased constantly. Rude, dismissive, and no courtesy car \u2014 just shocking service from Malik. When we finally got it back, it was dumped on a random road at a dodgy garage. We had to find it ourselves, only to see it had been returned in a worse condition \u2014 curbed wheels, dents, scratches everywhere. They then had the nerve to deny it despite clear proof. They even pressured us into removing a previous review just to return our locking wheel nut \u2014 disgusting behaviour. Now the SAME issue has happened again, and they\u2019re trying to send us back to the same mechanic, and said it was our fault for driving the car in a way that caused the issue even though it was motorway driven only. Disgusting company, pathetic service, even worse people. Avoid at all costs!!!
DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE, the condition of the cars are practically on its last leg. Got a car on fianace (BIGGEST MISTAKE) from here & under a year, there was already issues with the transmission, then a fault with the engine. Moving forward my car didnt last 2 years, forget the service the cars are rubbish.
I went to go and see a Kia Picanto and liked the car, however the engine light came on but I was reassured that this was most likely a minor issue. I agreed to buy the car after the service was done if the service report was good. However I waited a day and called to ask about the service and did not receive any response after that. I was quite disappointed as I was expecting a call back but received nothing, if there was an issue I would\u2019ve appreciated at least a call to say as we did agree to buy the car.
