This garage has the most amazing customer service under Toby’s realm! I have never encountered such good customer experience and as a previous director in customer experience for a national company I don’t give out acclaims lightly. They sorted my sons car out going absolutely above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

Friendly, professional and always go above and beyond. Toby and team have serviced, MOT’d and cared for all of our cars for the last few years, including our 43 year old campervan. We bought our latest car from them too, and it’s been a great buy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Bought our last 3 cars from Toby and the team. Only place we'd come to for used cars, services and MOT's. You have to book early because they can get very busy, but they will try to fit you in whenever they can (word must have gotten around that they're good). Always a pleasure heading over, and they've just replaced my brakes and discs and serviced my car recently, now it's running perfectly again.

Overpriced, they "fixed" my window wipers for 82 pounds for the next time I use them and week later for them not to be working and when calling them I couldn't get bookrd for another week. I eventually fixed it myself in 10 minutes after a little research for 5 pounds. The car they sold me had 0 problems when sold to me they said they had x,y and z to it for 6months later have to spend just under 3grand fixing all the problems. Was sold a warranty for none of the things to to be covered

Toby and the team are a great bunch of guys. Very knowledgeable, honest, and very reasonably priced. Personally had issues with different mechanics in the past, but I certainly trust this garage and 100% would recommend them!

Bought a Dacia from Toby last month, fab service and love the car! The only issue was that the CarPlay wasn’t working, which Toby made clear before I bought and then replaced with a much better system for no extra cost. Decent place, have recommended to friends

I have dealt with Toby, Simon and Richard for years. I have always received exceptional standards of work from Richard. He’s one of a very small handful of mechanics that simply carry out their work correctly the first time and to a very high quality. He repairs what’s needed and gives professional advice as to what is necessary. Toby, I can say I regard as a friend. He bends over backwards to help wherever he can. He speaks to you honestly and gives you the best advice possible.I imagine Simon is very proud of what Toby is accomplishing with the family business. I always trust Scotton garage with our families cars and never have any doubts that the problems with them will be remedied in a timely fashion and correctly the first time at a reasonable price. I have over the years used other garages to my cost and immediately return to Scotton garage. Don’t bother wasting time and money elsewhere. Trust me, Scotton garage is the only garage you will ever need.
