I have seen positive posts re sales but I am not impressed with customer service unfortunately. Called the main number (which takes you to Stonacre's main line) to book my Harley in for a service. Waited ten mins or so to get through. Lady I spoke to wanted to speak to the branch about a question and had me on hold for another 7 mins or so. Got me the wrong answer to the question, but offered to transfer me to the branch. I waited another ten mins waiting to be answered before I had to go to a meeting. Later I called the main number again and waited another ten mins or so. Asked to be transferred to Harleyworld in Chesterfield (as I'd not been impressed trying to sort with RHHD). Operator transferred me and I waited another ten minutes. When my call was answered, they'd transferred me back into their own call queue rather than the branch. I asked to be transferred to branch again and got put on hold before the call was ended at their end. I gave up and have had to go elsewhere to get my service rather than jump through hoops trying to spend Harley level money. Disappointed as Sycamore Harley are very helpful and efficient in comparison and I am prepared to take the hit of the ride over to Uppingham to get the service done. Poor show for an official Harley provider.
Let me just say my buying experience with this dealer was second to none. The bike had to remain at the dealership due to a corporate recall out of their control but as the weeks went by Charlie kept me informed at every juncture. He was straight and honest and a very good sales assistants when i first viewed the bike. The dealership even offered free delivery from nottingham to my home in west Yorkshire which was invaluable. My bike arrived professionally valeted and 100% as you would expect. I can\u2019t recommend these guys enough and will absolutely visit in the future when considering another bike.
