I was looking for a car for about a week and after being messed around by dealers regarding prices, availability of vehicles and when I\u2019d be able to take the car if I bought one, I came across these guys. I initially went to see one vehicle but while there found another that took my interest, unlike others, they didn\u2019t pester me or pressure me into a decision and allowed to take my time with the decision and just let me get on with doing what I needed to do to make my decision. Despite having a fault with the vehicle a couple days after purchase, they were very quick to get it back in and would stop at nothing to make sure the issue was fixed which wasn\u2019t easy at all due to the make and model I\u2019d chosen. I cant put any blame on the dealer for this fault and the way they handled it was very professional. They make car buying very easy and put the customers before themselves. Can\u2019t recommend these guys enough
Please, please be aware when buying from this dealership, I had this car for about 6 weeks & took it back 2 days ago! It is now back up for sale only a day later after them taking it back. It has been in the garage three times in the last month due to issues! Then due to another issue, the dealership decided that they would cancel my finance and take the car back because they did not want to deal with the problem. I was told that the car needed to be fixed by an independent garage (not the garage they always use next door to them) There is an awful smell that comes from the smoke and the link arm needs replacing on the driver side. I\u2019m only writing this because I don\u2019t want somebody else to fall into the same predicament I was in so please do your research before buying this vehicle or any other infact
Bought a used Audi Allroad from RM Autos and i have to say that the whole process was smooth, with no hard sell at any point. We had a minor fault with the car after a few weeks, but the response was excellent with the car being promptly booked in to the garage to get it fixed. Very happy and would definitely recommend RM Autos!
I wanted to buy a car locally and saw R M Autos online. They have a good selection of used cars. I spotted a lovely MG3 which caught my eye, took it for a test drive and loved it! Also it was selling at a reasonable price..... The owners were very professional, friendly, helpful and trustworthy and nothing was too much. I highly encourage you to visit R M Autos, you won't be disappointed!! I will definitely buy more car(s) from here in the future... We searched high and low for a first car for my son and had seen lots of terrible cars so what a refreshing change to find a dealer that was fair and honest. The car engine was not quite running smooth and they immediately knew what it was and agreed to replace the tensioners. It's been running like a dream since and we have just had it independently assessed and it was given a clean bill of health. Cannot recommend them enough and would happily buy a car from them again.
