Had our eye on a Tesla M3P for a few weeks, sold our car and the same day the Tesla came down in price at Riviera…winner 🤩 Drove over to Cleckheaton (about an hour away) that afternoon, was handed the key card and was left to look at the car - amazing, no one hovering over you feeding you the usual car sales jibber jabber. Spoke to Chris afterwards who gave me all the info, deposit down and a very easy stress free process, pick up day arranged and off home I went. The next day I realised I’d messed my work days up and asked if it would be possible to collect a day earlier, this absolutely wasn’t a problem and was arranged swiftly. Chris messaged the morning of collection (yesterday) to confirm the time the car would be ready - brilliant 👍🏻 We arrived, had another thorough look at the car (my partner hadn’t seen it yet so was trusting my viewing!) and within 30 minutes everything was paid for, ownership transferred and we were on our way home in the horrendous M62 rush hour traffic 😂 Chris, thank you so much, top guy, the most stress free experience we’ve ever had buying a car!

Just sold my Audi Q8 to Riviera Automotive. John came and assess the car at my house. Was very professional and friendly. Didn’t try to beat me down in the price like some do making things up. Great easy transaction done within the hour. Would recommend dealing with these guys in the future.
I couldn’t recommend Riviera and our salesman Chris more! From the minute we walked in we felt like we were being helped to get the car we wanted rather than being sold the car! We had 2 cars to trade in and Chris was brilliant in helping us achieve what we wanted and more. He could’ve easily stopped and said this is what it is but worked to a price where we were all happy! This week I called the office at around 3pm with a slight concern regarding a noise, the car was in the next morning with the team waiting to investigate. It turned out to be nothing but I can’t say how happy I was with the service and concern I received, it was second to none! I will definitely be using Riviera again!
