Shane and Charlie were fantastic when dealing with me and any questions I had where answered and respectfully. Shane was very warm and welcoming when first entering he put me at ease and Charlie even moved my new car for me so it was easier for me to drive away, could not recommend them enough, thank you so much
Wow, what an experience this was. We went to buy a Nissan Qashqai from the Burton on trent site. We had left an reservation deposit on the vehicle and set a date to view. When we arrived the car was semi valeted and not in the best of conditions, with the alloys being in desperate need of a refurbishment, dents and a few bits of paint work needed doing. Which its a used car and we expected little bits. The saleswoman came out and said yes we would get all that done and do a proper valet on the car. We went into the showroom and spoke about money and time of collection for the car. One week to get this done sounded plenty. We called to see how things were going and wheather the car had needed a service has its says full service history and that the cam belt was due at this time. They called us back later and said no the cam belt wasn't done, but would sort it. Which was very nice to hear. Then...we called again, a few days later to see how it was going and they said they had a problem with the alloys and couldn't do them as a polished alloy, we could only have them sprayed one colour. We said we would sort them has we preferred them polished. A few hours later they called us back to say they can polish them now, which all sounded dodgy to be truthful. Was it because just spraying them is cheaper.the down side to this though that now we had to wait another week to get this sorted. All the time this is happening, the sales staff are telling us its an over aged car and there is no money in the vehicle, even though it was a car, Burton site had for sale and passed it over for them to sell. We can see why it never sold at Burton. Anyway two weeks later, we arrange a collection date for Sunday arrived at 10.30am to see the car driving up to the handover bay. We were very excited, until it arrived. After just a few seconds of looking around the car, the car was still dirty, they explained that the manager was late coming in so he was unable to give it a little clean. Then we opened the petrol cap to see that it was covered in about an inch think of sludge. The sun visions still dirty. Anyway again we let this slide due to now just wanting a car as we have been walking most places for two weeks.so I had to leave at this time and let mrs willets deal with the paper work. Had had travelled 30 plus minutes when I get a phone telling me the car wont start and they are seeing if it the battery. Another 10 plus minutes she calls back saying they are lending her a loan car, then that dropped the bomb shell. Its a \xa31000 access which she refused to sign. Who would sign such a thing if this isn't your fault, its mind blowing. So now we are without car again until who knows when. Well I've got to admit I dealt with tc Harrisons many years ago and the service wasn't anything like this. I will definitely think twice before buying another.
