AVOID!!! SELL YOU A DODGY MOTOR AND THE REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBITY OR CHARGE YOU FOR THE MILES PUT ON THE VEHICLE EVEN IF IT BREAKS DOWN TWO DAYS AFTER HAVING IT!!!! And then accused me of putting the wrong fuel in the car when i went to halfords to have diagnosic done and there was a gearbox issue and clutch issue and it wasnt two weeks it was a week as i had to get it towed to my house whilst driving it to holiday and then had it checked by halfords then getting it towed back to this garage all at my expensive because they sell dodgy motors!!!!!! I definitely didnt fuel it with the wrong fuel. It had 2 pages of problems with the vehicle. I am not thick enough to fuel a vehicle with the wrong fuel

Got my friends car from here (silver Astra) two years ago and was perfect, allowed test drive, easy to sort paper work, great service, no issue with car, great job!

We went to look at some cars, nobody acknowledged us while looking, neither did they approach us while we stepped into the office for a chat. I would say poor customer service.

Do not recommend RG motors whatsoever. I made the mistake twice. 6 months ago purchased a Hyundai i20. When I arrived to collect the car Andy was just pulling in the yard with it. Which raised alarm bells straight away. I noticed the car pouring out smoke. He was obviously trying to clear it before I arrived to drive it away. I had it for 2 days and the smoke was horrendous leaving people behind in clouds of it. I returned it to RG motors and got a refund. 2 days later it was back for sale. I then purchased a ford fiesta from them. Perfect car. Can’t fault it. I’ve recently had another baby so made the decision to trade it in for a larger car. Which I did so at RG motors. I got a Vauxhall Mokka 15 plate. Nice looking car etc, good size but was losing coolant every day I checked. The engine when hot and having blowers on made a loud chirping noise, and the fan kicked in every so many seconds as if the car was overheating. I took it back to Andy who told me his “specialist” Vauxhall mechanic will come and look. They found a leak in a pipe that they put a jubilee clip on and gave me back the car. The engine still making the chirping noise. I took the car to my own mechanic for diagnostic, was told the air conditioning pump was kicking in constantly when it should t be hence the chirping, also the tensioner had a lot of movement and looked as though it was going to break. Also that the pipes were extremely pressurised and not to drive the car as they can blow any minute. I told Andy this and he didn’t seem bothered. He told me he will book it in again with the Vauxhall “Specialist” but it is ok to drive. Low and behold 2 days later the pipes blew and left me in clouds of steam/smoke from the engine. Whilst I had a 4 week old baby and a 4 year old toddler in the car on the bypass. My father then rang Andy telling him the car needs recovering etc Andy told us it’s not his problem was very patronising towards us. We requested the fiesta and money we put towards the mokka back, conveniently the fiesta had sold. I now know that was a lie as Andy had gone to RG motors Sunday to put a sold sign in the fiesta to them remove it 2 days later. He lied so he didn’t have to return my vehicle. What I will say is that Andy did give me a full refund but I’m absolutely in shock that the mokka is back on the website and forecourt for sale. Do not buy it’s a bag of problems. I asked him if he fixed it he told me yes just the pipe. I asked about the other stuff he shrugged it off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Grey Vauxhall mokka priced at \xa33795.
