Cant praise rely motors enough,bought nissan quashqai from them,had slight problem with sensor,and these guys went over and beyond for me,sorted problem without any problem,very professional and great to do business with.great selection of motors,reasonable priced, I certainly would deal with rely motors again,and recommend them to friends and family.i absolutely love my car,
Really nice experience was made welcome as soon as I arrived no pressure from sales man made me coffee while I looked over the vehicle gave me space and time to decide if it was what I wanted. Pointed out a couple of things I wasn't happy about which he said no problem they will be fixed true to his word the were.picked the vehicle up when was ready Really pleased with the service and vehicle. Definitely give this garage a look if you're looking for a vehicle.
Had such a great experience with Mindau at Rely Motors, a month later I took my Aunt in to purchase a car too. Very friendly guys that run this business. I purchased a Nissan Qashqai in Sept 2025 but started having issues with the Ad Blue tank on 23/12/25. Had to take it into Nissan and they gave me a list of stuff over \xa34.3k that needed fixed on it. After calling Mindau he said they would look at it. In the end it was something Rely wasn't able to fix directly. So it went back to Nissan and they took over 4 weeks to get it sorted. Mindau kept in touch throughout and was always apologetic on Nissans behalf that it was taking so long. This experience with Nissan hasnt put me off coming back to Rely in the future for either further services or puchasing another vehicle. For anyone looking for top class service, and reliable work get down to Rely motors!
Whilst searching for a vehicle for my parents we came across Rely Motor's. After seeing a vehicle on facebook i messaged in via WhatsApp. I then received a prompt reply from Mindau. I had some questions regarding a 2 series active sport he had in stock. Mindau was very accommodating with his answers and also sent us a walk-around video. We were impressed with how the car was presented and his honestly about the condition. This gave us the confidence to put down a holding deposit and drive over 300 miles from the West Midlands to view the car. We were slightly apprehensive due to still not seeing the vehicle but we needn't had been. When we arrived after a 6 hour journey the car was waiting for us and it looked even better in person. It was described accurately and Mindau was excellent. We completed the transaction and although The dealership was busy at the time we didnt feel rushed. We drove back very happy (albeit tired) \U0001f603. I'd happily drive there again for any future vehicle purchases. Regards Mr & Mrs Hanson.
Really great customer service from Mindau. Knowledgable, professional and thorough and the (VW Polo) car we purchased (November 2025) is very impressive. Mindau and the team clearly take pride in their business and the cars they provide. Highly recommended. A great experience.
Got a great car from Rely with a fair price. The sales guy was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Spotted a bit of rust on the inside of the fuel filler flap, told the guys at rely and they fixed it before we picked up the car. Even gave the car a new service and MOT before we collected it even though the MOT had been done recently, really reassuring. They even have their own garage so they can take car of the car after purchase. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Fife area. Cheers guys - love the car.
Would thoroughly recommend Rely Motors to anyone seeking a quality used car with low milage.I recently bought one and was immediately impressed by the service ,reception and courtesy. In fact although I had paid for it they would not let it go until a final valet was completed. Later I found a minor issue with the rear brakes and these were replaced without a quibble. Other dealers should take notice!
