My experience at RDM Direct ltd could have been better because the car I bought came with a lot of mechanical issues I could not enjoy my car right from the beginning witch was really sad. Stayed 4 days I could not go to work until I have been provided with an courtesy car and after receiving the courtesy car I did not received any call by RDM direct to find out how I' m doing with the courtesy car and to provide me insurance details of the car. Until this moment I have not heard anything from them on update of my actual car being fixed, I just found this situation really sad because I thought this company was a very hight standard.
My experience at RDM Direct ltd was cracking because Adam and the team was very helpful, polite and made the transaction smooth and simple plus an amazing selection of cars to choose from and the work they did to get it ready for pick up was fantastic it literally looked like brand new. With suffering from anxiety, I didn't feel pushed into anything, Adam made it a pleasant experience.
