Avoid Quality Part X \u2013 Misleading / Untrustworthy / Bad after sales support If you\u2019re buying your first car, be extremely careful, and even if you are experienced, do not take anything at face value here double\u2011check every detail yourself and don't trust them for anything, they would likely make a fool out of you. I had a really bad experience with them. I bought a Seat Leon and what I was told versus what I got were completely different. They gave me a late pickup slot so I couldn\u2019t properly inspect the car. And when i tried reporting my concerns there was no after sales support. There was no service history, more previous owners than were clearly disclosed, mismatched tyres, broken mirror controls, only one damaged key, no clear record of when the last service was done, no user manual, no mats, and the promised AA inspection was never carried out. On top of that, I now believe I overpaid for the car given its true condition and history. Taken together, this feels seriously misleading. Basic things you would reasonably expect from a dealership were either skipped, hidden, or not properly disclosed. In hindsight, I would have preferred to buy privately rather than have this experience.
Strongly avoid this dealer the minute you enter you will feel the negative atmosphere and the dealer is build on lies, they have their own painting workshop onsite. So the car I was viewing was involved in accident even though they promised it\u2019s a clean car but I could see the plastic parts hanging of the passenger tyre side and the paint work done I immediately left the dealer and saved my hard working money instead of going into drain.
Had a great experience with Quality Part X Ltd in Stevenage. The service was smooth from start to finish everything was handled professionally. Indi in sales was especially helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, making the whole process straightforward. Would definitely recommend if you\u2019re looking for a reliable garage.
Absolute disgrace of a dealership. Making profit on broken cars - with 0 effort to even hide properly the damages. They charge you delivery fee and refuse to refund back when its entirely their responsibility they deliver vehicle in unacceptable state. Their customer service communication is a disaster- you as a customer who pays for everything need to organise and push for everything. Stay away - check all the reviews before you go through nightmare and lose your money and accumulate stress.
