Just purchased a Nissan Juke from Chorley, Bolton, Dawid was very helpful, informative and friendly, was given plenty of time to look around vehicle, and was given a long test drive to make sure the vehicle was the right choice for me , well informed of any extras I could go for and was not pushy in any way, I would highly recommend this dealership a pleasure to do business with
Had an amazing experience at Nissan Blackpool. I rang to enquire about a specific vehicle. They made a bespoke video for me straight away which they sent over. When I arrived I found Staff were very attentive. Helped when I needed it and left you alone to look at cars and test drive which was great. I bought a used car from them which they serviced and MOT’d as the last MOT had less than 9 months on it. Came back with a couple of advisories which they fixed straight away. Jennifer was great, as well as everyone else I came in contact with. Other garages I’ve been to have treated me differently when they realise it’s a second hand car I want, but not here. They treat everyone the same. Highly recommend this dealership.
Having had my car written off, and only having it for less than 12 months, I wanted another Kona. So went on Chorley motors website to see what they had available. I seen one that I liked, reserved it. After a couple of phone calls with Tom, went down next day viewed liked it and Tom took care of us and sorted everything out and kept us updated. Treated with respect and very happy with the service we received.
Being a novice at the machinations of a vehicle and the complexities of purchasing a car, Will at Chorley Wigan went beyond expectations to explain in detail. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and exceptionally welcoming. I still have the car and enjoying the smooth running. He still provides me after sales response when needed. I called in Chorley Group Kia, at Blackpool with my son in law, to see what a deal I could get to change my Kia Sorento, to a new one. I have been really happy with my Sorento, which I purchased there also. Paul Servant greeted us on arrival, and immediately put us at ease. He went through all the options with us, and explained the latest finance arrangements .I made my order then, on our first visit. When we left, my son in law said he couldn't beleive what a great deal I had got with Chorley Group Kia at Blackpool ! With my previous Kia Sorento purchase , I was recommended to Chorley Group , by my neighbour, who said they were good to deal with . When I took delivery of my new Sorento, I was most happy to find they had given me a full tank of fuel ! They are very good to deal with. Most Happy.
