Very disappointed with the hand over. I was misinformed about the road tax cost which I only found out when arriving to collect the car. I was told the owners handbook was in the car, it wasn’t. I bought a car that I was not familiar with and asked if they would run through it with me. The handover person drove the car to the entrance of the site (blocking it) gave me the keys and told me “I know nothing about RR” when I asked how to set up my phone. She was more concerned about me moving the car than explaining anything in the car. As I drove down the road the tyre pressure light came on! This resulted in needing a new tyre. There was no emergency tyre kit in the boot, despite the company undertaking a 175 point check. Extremely disappointed with my experience of collecting my new car.
Neil came to pick up the car and provided an excellent experience from start to finish. He clearly explained every step of the procedure, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and his friendly approach made the whole process smooth. Great customer service throughout — highly recommended.

Had a great experience about getting a car with Sam. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Really refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely seems to care about helping you find the right car rather than a pushing sale. Highly recommend Sam and the team!
We had a great experience buying our Audi Q4 Etron from Prestige Cars. We were helped by Connor, a knowledgeable and friendly guy who made the experience painless. We were test driving, trading in and buying a used car, so it took a little longer than expected, as it was a busy and buzzy Saturday at Easter, so we should have probably expected this. The environment was nice, and with a few coffees and friendly staff we were very happy with the overall experience.
Prestige cars are a class organisation. We were looked after extremely well on arrival, and the two cars we wanted to test drive were available immediately. The warranty and service deals were very good, and well explained to us . Joe Kearns did a superb job - he made us feel very welcome, and was friendly courteous and very efficient.
