Very happy with my Audi thanks to Andy Innis - he has a very personal approach and is very thorough in his service. Communication from start to finish was second to none, thanks so much! Update 03rd May 2026 - I am downgrading my original 5-star review to 3 stars (this is generous). After taking my car to a professional detailer, several defects were discovered in the paintwork. Specifically, there are paint drips on some of the panels and one area that was not properly buffed out. \u200bThe detailer confirmed these areas had been resprayed prior to delivery, but the finishing work was sub-standard. While I missed these flaws initially, they are clear to a professional eye and should not exist on a vehicle sold as "retail ready." I have left messages for the manager to resolve this, and hope to have this resolved. I expect the dealership to rectify these unfinished areas to a professional standard.
A terrible experience! The staff were completely unprofessional. My wife wanted to buy a car, so she paid a \xa3500 deposit for a Skoda Karoq 2020. When we agreed to pick up the car, we ran a history check (HPI) and discovered that there an outstanding finance on the car! No one had mentioned this to us in any of our previous calls! Anyway, we called back to inquire, and they offered us a finance settlement letter, which we accepted. We traveled by train from Manchester to Southampton to buy the car, a journey that took five hours due to delays at Manchester Piccadilly train station. After finally arriving to Southampton after the long journey, we checked the car and signed the paperwork, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, when it came time to pay, the staff told us they don't accept credit cards for amounts over \xa31,000!! Even though we had asked a member of the team on the phone before boarding the train if they could accept credit cards, and he had said yes and assured us that there should not be any problems! I found this extremely unprofessional, and it's very frustrating to travel all this way from Manchester on such a long and tiring journey, only to be unable to complete the car purchase because the company's credit card policy wasn't clearly communicated to us. Very bad!
Amazing 5\u2606 service, Martin and Lili was very helpfull with helping us choose the right car. And to top it off we were able to drive the car home the same day thanks to them fast tracking it though. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again Thanks again Mitch ,Ev and Maeve

I would highly recommend Prestige Cars. I bought a car about 6 months ago from Martyn at Prestige Cars. He was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable when talking thorough the extras and options available and was able to get the right package for me. I had an issue with the car recently which was fixed under the warranty, while the car was in the garage I got regular updates from the service team. Martyn was helpful in getting me back on the road ASAP. I will absolutely be using this garage again.
